Governance & Standards
Policies & Guidelines
To maintain a professional, fair, and supportive learning environment, TKC follows a set of basic policies and guidelines applicable to its programs and activities.

Terms & Regulations
Our Operating Principles
Registration & Admission Policy
Participants must provide accurate and verifiable information when registering for a TKC program. Admission requirements may vary depending on the program, including age, educational background, prior knowledge, or other specific criteria.
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for all TKC programs. Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time and maintain the required attendance level where a minimum attendance threshold applies.
Notice of Absence: Participants who are unable to attend should inform the relevant TKC coordinator or instructor in advance whenever possible.
Fee & Payment Policy
Program fees, payment schedules, and any applicable charges will be transparently communicated prior to registration. Participants are responsible for completing payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility may vary depending on the program and the stage at which a cancellation is requested. Any applicable refund conditions will be clearly communicated to participants before registration.
Post-Commencement: Once a program has commenced, fees may be non-refundable except where specifically stated by TKC.
Age & Eligibility Policy
Age limits and eligibility requirements may differ between programs. Certain programs may be designed specifically for school students, university students, working professionals, or other target groups. Participants should check specific requirements before registering.
Certificate Policy
Where a certificate is offered, participants may need to meet specific requirements such as attendance, assessments, assignments, projects, or successful completion of the program.
Note on Certification: Participation alone does not necessarily guarantee a certificate unless all competency criteria are satisfied.
Code of Conduct
All TKC members and participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour toward fellow participants, instructors, staff, mentors, and other members of the TKC community.
Zero Tolerance: Harassment, discrimination, bullying, disruptive behaviour, or misuse of TKC facilities and digital resources will not be tolerated.
Privacy & Personal Information
Information collected during registration and participation will be handled responsibly and used only for legitimate TKC purposes, such as program administration, communication, records, and relevant services.
Confidentiality: Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for legitimate educational purposes or required by applicable law.
Program Changes & Cancellation
TKC reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, locations, content, or other arrangements when necessary. Participants will be informed of significant changes as early as reasonably possible.
TKC Cancellation: If TKC cancels a program, any applicable refund or alternative arrangement will be communicated promptly to registered participants.
Policy Updates
TKC may update its policies and guidelines as the organization develops. Participants will be subject to the policies applicable to their program at the time of registration.
Important Registration Notice
Specific programs may have additional terms, conditions, or prerequisites. Participants are advised to review the program-specific information before completing registration.
